Wolfgang Herz benefits from a lifetime of
extensive restaurant, travel and hotel management experience,
including positions with Ritz Carlton, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group,
Marriott Hotels International, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Classic
Voyages ICC Events, Rolling Pin Jobs and Prime Grill NY. Wolfgang
has been described as the consummate leader, enjoying the
challenges of today, while taking the necessary steps to ensure
a successful tomorrow. One of his main attributes is the ability to
conceptualize a vision, articulate it to any audience and roll it out.
He has a successful track record in brand development, channel
distribution, yield optimization and customer relationship management,
and has been instrumental in creating award winning human resource
cultures. Wolfgang is considered by his peers to be a market-driven,
creative, versatile, fair, integer, and an analytical, financially astute,
multicultural global leader, communicator and strategist. At the age
of 35 Wolfgang gained the attention of the hospitality industry when,
as Director of Services, he made the Ritz Carlton Coconut Grove the 5
star -5 Diamond Award in Miami, Florida.
Before that Wolfgang Successfully started up 5 hotels for Mandarin Hotel,
Marriott Hotels International and Ritz Carlton. Wolfgang also was the start
up F&B Director for American Classic Voyages and Royal Caribbean Cruise
line were he started up 12 Cruise ships and also reposition several more.
After leaving the Ritz Carlton Hotel Group, Wolfgang first got involved with
the Event and Travel Marketing. He than got experience in recruiting with
Rolling Pin Jobs after he returned to the his routes and specialist himself in
the acquisition and repositioning of Hotels and Restaurants.
He for that reason got licensed to be a Commercial Real estate broker and
he formed together with his brother and sister in law Centrum Cordis Hospitality
Management, LLC Specialist in Hotel and Restaurant Consulting. His team assists
his clients in the selection process of acquiring hotels and restaurants. Further
his team assists in implementing standards and procedures. Born in Vienna, Austria,
Wolfgang is an American Resident residing in Miami. He is truth his Hospitality and
Real Estate Consulting traveling truth out the world. He speaks four languages and
considers himself a global citizen. With his team of specialist he manages all
challenges in the field of hospitality management
